About the job
The University Hospitals for Visceral Surgery and Medicine, Nephrology and Urology form the Abdominal Medicine Department. The mentioned clinics offer a wide range of diagnostics and therapies for all diseases. A variety of complex assessments and specialised procedures are regularly performed. As university hospitals, we are actively involved in teaching and research to develop and evaluate new treatment methods.
What to expect
- Coordination of patient admissions and discharges (emergencies, elective admissions) on the ward / weekly clinic
- Planning/organisation of patient transfers/discharges internally and externally
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with nursing staff, medical staff and various support services internally and externally
- Central contact person for interdisciplinary and interprofessional concerns in the core business of the ward and the weekly clinic
What you bring
- Qualification as a registered nurse HF / FH or health specialist EFZ
- Professional experience in acute care
- Leadership experience desired
- Teamwork skills, high social competence, flexibility, organisational skills
- Good verbal and communication skills (at least B2 in German)
- Good IT skills (MS Office, ERP systems)
