Quality/EHS Manager (m/f/d), 100%

• Responsibility for the management, maintenance and continuous development of the quality management system (ISO 9001) including occupational safety, health protection and environmental aspects.
• Ensuring the currency, effectiveness and auditability of quality processes, SOPs, work instructions and QM documentation as well as supporting their digitalisation and standardisation.
• Responsibility for quality assurance and quality control, including batch review, batch and document approvals as well as handling deviations, non-conformities and complaints.
• Planning, conducting and following up on internal and external audits as well as accompanying customer, certification and authority audits including implementation of improvement measures.
• Analysis of quality indicators, audit results and complaints as well as deriving, implementing and monitoring corrective and improvement measures.
• Coordination of quality-related topics with production, laboratory, supply chain, regulatory affairs, customers and suppliers as well as support in supplier qualification and evaluation.
• Support in product releases, change control processes, quality agreements and ensuring compliance with regulatory and customer-specific requirements.
• Promoting a sustainable quality and safety culture by integrating EHS requirements into processes, training, audits and management reviews as well as active collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

• Completed technical or scientific degree with further training in quality management; ideally complemented by knowledge in occupational safety and chemical law.
• Several years of professional experience in quality management in a regulated industrial environment, preferably in the chemical, speciality chemicals, pharmaceutical or life sciences sector.
• Sound knowledge of ISO 9001 and ideally the standards ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 as well as experience in risk management.
• Experience in quality assurance as well as with audits, deviation management, CAPA, complaint management and continuous process improvement.
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style with strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and manage several topics simultaneously.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, assertiveness as well as a high quality and safety awareness.
• Very good German and English skills as well as confident handling of common MS Office applications; experience with QM or document management systems is an advantage.
