Polisher - Watchmaking
We are looking for people who:
- Have excellent manual dexterity.
- Are patient, precise and very meticulous.
- Have a developed aesthetic sensitivity.
- Know how to work with rigour and consistency.
- Are proficient with basic computer tools.
- Enjoy teamwork.
- Are organised, reliable and flexible with working hours.
- Perform polishing operations on watch components (cases, bracelets, various parts).
- Prepare surfaces before and after polishing according to quality standards.
- Use various polishing tools and machines with precision and control.
- Strictly follow defined procedures and aesthetic criteria.
- Carry out repetitive operations requiring consistency and concentration.
- Visually inspect the quality of the finishes achieved.
