Planning, prioritising and scheduling production orders taking into account available capacities
Controlling ongoing production operations via the control centre as well as monitoring deadlines and order status
Independent management of customer orders from order entry to delivery
Procurement of raw materials, merchandise and services including coordination with suppliers
Maintenance and further development of parts lists, work plans and ERP master data
Calculation and preparation of offers for contract manufacturing orders in cooperation with internal specialist departments
Coordination of national and international transports as well as clarification of customs and export issues
Active participation in process optimisation and deputising for the department head
Qualifications:
Completed technical basic training, ideally as a polymechanic EFZ or in a comparable technical profession
Further training as a technical merchant or process specialist is an advantage
Professional experience in work preparation AVOR, production planning or production control in an industrial company
Basic knowledge in customs and export or motivation to acquire this expertise
Strong analytical thinking as well as an independent, structured and reliable working style
Confident handling of ERP systems and MS Office
Enjoyment in collaborating with customers, suppliers and internal specialist departments
Very good German skills as well as good English skills in spoken and written form
