Crop Data & Models Project Manager

Your missions :

• Manage the portfolio of the development projects for new or updated crop detection models to be embedded in our machines, as well as technical development projects of the Crop Data and AI teams (tools, databases, etc.).
• Be the interface with the Crop Product Manager (business unit). Understand crop model and other internal project requirements, translate them into technical requirements and development tasks.
• Plan the development or update of each crop model, from the image collection, image selection, image annotation, dataset creation, model training up to model release.
• Create schedules and project timelines, manage budgets, track deliverables
• Collaborate closely with the crop data and AI teamswhile reporting directly to the Head of Crop Data & AI

Your profile :

• Master in data sciences, AI, computer vision or close areas.
• Project management certification (PMP, Hermes, Prince2 or equivalent)
• At least 3 years of proven project management experience in related technical areas
• Experience in release and industrial AI model life cycle management would be an asset
• Experience in ML and computer vision applications for agronomy, biology, life sciences, etc. would be an asset
• Fluent in French and English, spoken and written.

• Strong interpersonal and communication capacities are required to converse with a broad spectrum of personalities
• Ability to adapt to a challenging, fast-moving environment
