For a company in the field of IT services and consulting, we are seeking an experienced individual to lead a specialised team and actively shape its development. The focus is on people, demanding SAP projects, and the further development of operational processes in the logistics environment.

What you will do

You will take on the professional and personnel responsibility for a consulting team. In doing so, you combine the development of your employees with the support of demanding customer projects.

• Professional and personnel leadership as well as targeted development of employees
• Support of demanding SAP projects and ensuring high consulting quality
• Further development of professional skills, working methods, and internal quality standards
• Support of the team with complex questions and challenging project situations
• Participation in customer consulting and the development of new consulting offerings
• Coordination of resources and support in further building the team

You create orientation, promote exchange, and ensure that professional quality and collaboration are equally maintained.

What you bring

You bring many years of experience in SAP consulting and are familiar with the processes around procurement, production, and logistics. Ideally, you have already led employees or taken responsibility in a professional leadership role.

• Several years of experience as an SAP Consultant, Lead Consultant, or in a comparable consulting function
• Good knowledge of SAP S/4HANA as well as experience in implementation or change projects
• Profound understanding of supply chain processes and know-how in at least one SAP logistics area, such as MM, PP, or EWM
• Leadership experience or extensive experience in the professional support of employees
• Customer-oriented, structured working style, entrepreneurial thinking, and initiative
• Very good German and English skills

You do not need to know every SAP module in detail. What matters is that you understand professional interrelations, engage people, and take responsibility for the team and projects.
