You are responsible for the reliable operation of internal infrastructure and platforms
As Content Master, you maintain processes and documentation
You support employees with technical issues in 1st and 2nd level support
Additionally, you work in the Cyber Security Centre on managed services in the field of cyber security
Qualifications:
You have successfully completed a vocational training, ideally as an IT specialist EFZ
You are well versed in Microsoft 365, Atlassian and basic IT infrastructures such as AD, DHCP, DNS, email and operating systems
Practical experience in IT support, IT operations and cyber security rounds off your profile
Fluent written and spoken German, good English skills
