Purchasing Specialist (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF78,000 - 95,000Our client is an internationally active Swiss technology company that develops innovative solutions for energy and water supply. The company combines technical expertise with modern technologies and places great emphasis on quality, reliable processes, and sustainable infrastructure.
Role:
As a Purchasing Specialist (m/f/d), you are responsible for procurement processes, coordinate suppliers, and ensure smooth order and delivery handling.
Responsibilities:
You are responsible for operational purchasing and the associated procurement processes.
You coordinate orders and delivery dates and ensure smooth processing.
You manage suppliers and clarify open questions with internal and external contacts.
You work closely with project managers and suppliers.
You take on invoice verification and master data maintenance in the ERP system.
Qualifications:
You have a commercial education, ideally with further training in purchasing.
You bring several years of professional experience in operational purchasing and export.
You have good ERP knowledge, especially in Navision or Business Central.
You have fluent German and English skills.
