Multicloud Workplace Engineer (m/f/d)

Role:
Virtual workplaces from the private cloud are your speciality. You build these solutions, support them and develop them technologically. Customer requirements result in robust product standards with you. In projects, you take on the technical implementation and support project management. When it gets technically tricky, you are called upon as a 3rd-level instance.
Responsibilities:
You build modern workplace solutions, support them and develop them further (private cloud VDI and multicloud)
You develop new product standards based on customer requirements
You support technical project managers in IT projects
You take on the technical implementation of private and multicloud customer projects
Additionally, you provide 3rd-level support for system architectures and analyse complex error patterns
Qualifications:
You have training or further education in computer science or corresponding professional experience
You have experience with cloud desktop technologies (Citrix and Horizon)
You are familiar with virtualisation technologies and backup solutions from practice
You have very good knowledge of Windows servers and Windows client operating systems as well as Active Directory and group policies
You bring M365 knowledge (Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID, Defender) as well as multicloud know-how
You work independently, structured and analytically, are a team player and communicate very well in German as well as well in English
