Senior Accountant (m/f/d)

Role:
The company is an established Swiss industrial enterprise focusing on the development, manufacture, and distribution of specialised machinery and vehicle solutions for demanding applications. With high engineering expertise, many years of experience, and a strong commitment to quality, it develops innovative products used worldwide in infrastructure, municipal, and special applications.
Responsibilities:
In the finance department, you take responsibility for the monthly closings of the Swiss companies and ensure reliable financial data.
You perform account reconciliations, clear general ledger accounts, and post accruals, provisions, and depreciations.
You also manage fixed asset accounting, tax processes, and VAT returns.
In cash management, you control bank postings, payment runs, and financial planning.
As a professional SAP key user, you develop processes and systems further and support internal departments as well as various finance projects.
Qualifications:
A commercial basic education and further training in finance and accounting form your professional foundation.
You bring several years of professional experience and good practical knowledge of SAP ERP FI.
Excellent Excel and MS Office skills as well as a strong numerical understanding distinguish you.
You work independently, solution-oriented, and networked and gladly take on responsibility.
Very good German language skills are required.
