Pharmaceutical Assistant or Laboratory Technician Cytostatics and Quality Control
You can expect a very varied role in the hospital environment. You will be active both in production and in quality control. You will work at both locations (Münsterlingen and Frauenfeld) directly in the oncology outpatient clinic and thus also have close contact with nursing staff. Well-coordinated, friendly, and motivated teams await you.You will take on:
- Your main area of work is the production of cytostatics at the cantonal hospitals Frauenfeld and Münsterlingen. This is computer-assisted in a cleanroom environment using the specific chemotherapy software CATO.
- You are part of a motivated, well-coordinated team that ensures the daily supply of individually manufactured therapies to cancer patients.
- A part of your working time (scheduled two days per week) is spent in quality control, where you support the team in analysing raw materials and finished products and prepare the associated documentation. For this, you work with various techniques such as IR, DC, UV-Vis, and wet chemical analyses according to the European Pharmacopoeia.
You bring with you:
- You have successfully completed your training as a pharmaceutical assistant, PTA, or laboratory technician (medical and chemical). In addition, you have experience in pharmaceutical production or chemical analytics.
- You are used to working independently, reliably, and precisely and remain calm even in hectic situations.
