Microsoft Cloud, Power Platform, Fabric and AI: Develop a digital platform that connects data, automation, and modern working environments.
This position is aimed at experienced IT specialists with a broad technical horizon. The focus is on the further development of a modern Microsoft platform on which digital services, data products, automation, and future AI applications can be operated securely.
Responsibilities:
Engineering and operation of an integrated Microsoft Cloud platform
Further development of Azure, Microsoft 365, Power Platform and Microsoft Fabric
Building modern platform services for data analysis, business intelligence and AI
Development of a scalable technical foundation for data & AI workloads
Automation of workplace, cloud and infrastructure processes
Development of standardised platform components and reusable services
Implementation of modern cloud and security architectures
Integration of security-by-design in platforms and digital services
Further development of governance, compliance and technical security standards
Automation of infrastructure with Terraform and infrastructure-as-code methods
Participation in the introduction of containerised platform services with Kubernetes
Evaluation of new Microsoft and cloud technologies regarding technical and strategic deployment possibilities
Coordination of cloud providers, managed service partners and technology vendors
Definition and monitoring of technical service levels and quality standards
Support of strategic IT projects from architecture to productive implementation
Qualifications:
Education, degree or comparable qualification in computer science
Several years of experience in a technically responsible IT role
Experience in cloud engineering, system engineering, IT infrastructure or IT security
Very good knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem
Practical experience with Azure and Microsoft 365
Understanding of Power Platform, workplace automation or modern collaboration solutions
Interest in data platforms, Microsoft Fabric and AI technologies
Experience with cloud security and modern governance models
Knowledge of Terraform, Kubernetes or comparable technologies is an advantage
Experience in managing external IT partners and service providers
Strong technical understanding combined with strategic thinking
Independent, proactive and solution-oriented working style
