DevOps and Automation Engineer (m/f/d)
Role:
In this role, you will dive deep into the world of DevOps and automation and actively shape efficient, stable, and automated processes. You will take responsibility for building, maintaining, and optimising pipelines, infrastructure, and monitoring to ensure smooth operations from development to production. You will work with modern tools and technologies, analyse existing systems, and implement targeted improvements. You will contribute your own ideas to automate recurring tasks and sustainably enhance the quality of services. As a junior professional, you will develop step by step into the central contact person for automation topics and significantly contribute to the further development of the technical environment through your commitment.
Responsibilities:
- You will participate in the construction, operation, and further development of deployment and automation processes.
- You will develop and maintain scripts, especially with Python, to support our processes.
- In this role, you will assist with the integration and connection of systems and services.
- You will support testing, analysis, and optimisation during ongoing operations.
- In this role, you will work closely with internal and external specialists.
Qualifications:
- You have initial practical experience with Python, scripting, and simple deployment processes.
- Modern IT architectures and DevOps concepts interest you, and you want to develop further in these areas.
- You work in a structured, reliable, and independent manner and like to take responsibility.
- You enjoy teamwork and are characterised by curiosity and initiative.
- Ideally, you are familiar with REST APIs and middleware systems.
- Basic knowledge of Rust as well as an understanding of data transformations and interfaces complete your profile.
