Your Tasks
- You support our customers in the analysis, conception and implementation of KIS solutions
- You accompany projects from implementation to ongoing operation
- You take responsibility in project management, training and change management
- You work closely with interdisciplinary teams and actively contribute your expertise
- You further develop existing solutions and support process optimisation
Our Requirements
- Completed studies in a relevant field
- At least 2 years of experience with KISIM (consulting, application or e.g. APV)
- Knowledge in project work and project management
- Experience with hospital processes and structures
- High willingness to travel within Switzerland
- Team player with strong communication skills and initiative
- Motivation to develop professionally and methodically
- Nice-to-have / Advantages
- Experience in agile project methods
- Knowledge in change management and training concepts
- Interest in process optimisation and digitalisation in healthcare
