For our campus in Montreux - Hotel Institute Montreux, we are looking for an :
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist students with their administrative procedures
- Manage and provide essential documents (attestations, residence permits, insurance, etc.)
- Maintain regular contact with students, academic teams, and external partners
- Prepare and coordinate the dispatch of official and academic documents
- Support the organisation of academic events (graduation ceremonies, etc.)
- Monitor administrative deadlines and ensure compliance with internal procedures
- Manage resources and materials to ensure the smooth operation of student services
Experiences and qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Native-level proficiency in French and/or English
- Good working knowledge of the other language (English and/or French); additional languages are a plus
- Confident computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
- Ability to work independently, organised and attention to detail
