You optimise operational processes and proactively bring in new ideas for improvement.
You manage specialist applications during ongoing operations and coordinate maintenance, updates, and external partners.
You review requirements, implement minor data corrections, and specifically develop existing solutions further.
You help shape the digitalisation of workflows and improve connections between different systems.
You act as the central contact person between departments, support, and development and accompany new software introductions.
Qualifications:
You have completed training as an IT specialist EFZ, ICT professional, or business informatics specialist.
You have practical experience as a power user of ERP or ITSM solutions; SQL knowledge is a plus.
You possess solid basic knowledge of server environments, network components, and technical services.
You approach challenges analytically, develop actionable solutions, and gladly take on responsibility.
You work independently, customer-oriented, and communicatively, are eager to learn, and have a good command of German and English.
