Team Leader Quality Assurance 100% (m/f/d)
Our client is an established Swiss company with a strong position in the international healthcare market. The company develops and produces specialised products used both in medical environments and in everyday life. Many years of experience, high quality standards, and continuous development characterise the employer.
Responsibilities:
You are responsible for the personnel and operational coordination of quality assurance.
You assess complaints from production and customer contact and initiate appropriate corrective measures.
You organise testing procedures and laboratory analyses according to internal requirements.
You document measurement results, error evaluations, and quality evidence in the designated systems.
If necessary, you decide on the use or blocking of defective materials and products.
You ensure compliance with internal guidelines and the functionality of the testing equipment used.
Together with the relevant departments, you further develop processes and objectives in the quality area.
You support employees through clear task allocation, professional guidance, and regular coordination.
Qualifications:
Technical qualification at the level of an apprenticeship or higher professional training, preferably in textile technology.
Solid experience in industrial quality assurance or a comparable technical field.
Knowledge of regulatory and quality requirements within medical technology.
Experience with digital enterprise systems, especially ERP and MES.
Analytical thinking and a structured approach to root cause analysis.
Leadership experience as well as confidence in moderating meetings and conveying technical content.
Reliable and forward-looking personality with initiative, flexibility, and decisiveness.
Very good language skills in German and English.
