Role:
A modern workplace is not created by individual tools but by a well-thought-out architecture. You are responsible for this architecture as a Senior Microsoft 365 Specialist for Workplace, Client, and Mobile in the Microsoft 365 (M365) environment. You set technical standards and make well-founded architectural decisions. You consistently automate recurring processes. This creates a stable and secure platform for numerous users.
Responsibilities:
You design update, patch, and release strategies for Windows clients and implement them in a controlled manner.
You define configuration profiles, security baselines, and compliance policies and continuously optimise them.
You drive the endpoint management strategy forward and technically develop the architecture around Microsoft Intune.
Furthermore, you design automated enrolment and provisioning processes with Windows Autopilot and zero-touch approaches.
You automate packaging, deployment, as well as processes for permissions and device lifecycles with PowerShell and Microsoft Graph.
Additionally, you lead technical migrations and rollouts, evaluate new security and endpoint technologies, and investigate complex incidents.
Qualifications:
You bring solid experience in endpoint or workplace engineering, ideally with more than five years of practice.
You are proficient in Windows 10/11 as well as Intune with MDM, MAM, device enrolment, and endpoint security.
Windows Update for Business, update rings, and automated software distribution are familiar territory for you.
Furthermore, you impress with strong PowerShell skills and have ideally already implemented API-based automations.
You understand how identity, security, and endpoint management interact and securely administer Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
Moreover, you solve tricky client and policy issues sustainably, think in networks, and communicate confidently in German as well as fluently in English.
