Senior Personnel Consultant (M/F) - Industry & Watchmaking Sector

For our Accès Personnel Geneva branch, we are looking for a Senior Personnel Consultant (M/F) at 100% – Industry & Watchmaking sector

As part of the development of our Industry & Watchmaking activity in the Geneva area, we are strengthening our team with a senior profile capable of managing a client portfolio, developing the business and ensuring a high level of quality in recruitment and talent follow-up.

Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, you will play a key role in business development, client account management and recruitment of technical and watchmaking profiles, in close collaboration with partner companies.

Your missions:

Business development & client relations

• Understand and analyse the specific needs of industrial and watchmaking companies in the region

• Develop and manage your client portfolio through targeted and qualitative prospecting

• Ensure regular visits and build lasting partnerships

• Be proactive with your clients on recruitment and placement solutions

• Represent Accès Personnel as a trusted partner, focused on precision, performance and service

Recruitment

• Write and publish adverts for technical and watchmaking profiles

• Actively source talents via job boards, social networks and your network

• Conduct interviews, assess skills and motivation

• Build and manage a pool of qualified candidates

• Ensure follow-up of placed employees on assignment and strengthen their engagement

Administration

• Prepare candidate files in accordance with client requirements

• Inform and advise employees on their rights and obligations

• Manage contracts and ensure compliance with legislation

Your profile:

• Proven experience in personnel placement, ideally in the industry and/or watchmaking sectors

• Excellent network and very good knowledge of the Geneva market

• Very good knowledge of the Service Leasing Agreement

• Proficiency with IT tools (MS Office)

• Excellent organisational skills, rigour and priority management

• Ability to work autonomously while being a team driver

• Excellent interpersonal skills, service mindset and client orientation
