On behalf of our partner, a well-known organisation active in the field of economics, we are looking for an HR Business Partner at 80–100%. This meaningful institution offers a stimulating working environment, close to its employees. The starting date is to be agreed upon.

Your tasks with your new employer

• You advise line managers and employees on all HR matters
• You manage the entire HR cycle, from recruitment to employee exit
• You support teams in conflict management, team development and change management
• You contribute to the continuous improvement and development of HR processes
• You analyse key HR indicators and advise on the implementation of appropriate measures

You offer your new employer

• You have 3 to 5 years of proven experience in a similar role, as an advisor to managers
• You hold the Federal Diploma as a Human Resources Specialist or an equivalent qualification
• You are proficient in French, with very good knowledge of German
• You have a dynamic and convincing personality, able to take initiative and assert yourself in difficult situations
