Tunnel Radio Technician 80-100% (m/f/d)
Your Job
- Installation, configuration and commissioning of modern in-tunnel communication systems (Linux-based systems, GSM-R/FRMCS, Polycom (TETRAPOL), LTE/5G, antennas and slotted cables)
- Repair, troubleshooting and fault clearance – in the workshop (staging) and at the customer in the railway tunnel
- Inspections and maintenance work
- Creation and maintenance of technical measurement reports
- Technical support in system technology
- Participation in the development of new communication and functional solutions
- On-call duty as required
Your Profile
- Completed basic technical training (electronics technician, multimedia electronics technician, telematics technician or similar)
- Further training to become a higher technical college (HF) technician – or the motivation to complete it with us
- Clean, quality-conscious work and an eye for the big picture
- Reliable, punctual, self-initiated
- Willingness to work in tunnel environments and night shifts
- Driving licence category B
- Good German and English skills
