Regular maintenance and servicing of building services systems
Creating and maintaining documentation, inspection reports and maintenance protocols
Troubleshooting and rapid resolution of technical faults
Participation in conversions, revisions and assembly work
Project support for the department head in the area of facility engineering
Representation within the building services team during absences
Qualifications:
Completed technical apprenticeship as a mechanic, building services technician or similar
Structured, resilient personality with a high degree of independence
Team-oriented, with willingness to support each other
Familiar with handling technical documentation
Good organisational skills and high sense of responsibility
