Your Tasks
- Responsibility for the stable and holistic operation of the IT infrastructures assigned to you for our customers
- Analysis and resolution of faults as well as root cause analysis of complex problems
- Monitoring and maintenance of systems and networks
- Planning and implementation of change requests and projects in the customer environment
- Continuous development of your expertise and active introduction of new technologies
Our Requirements
- Several years of experience in a comparable position in IT operations
- Profound knowledge in Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, SQL, O365/Azure, Citrix XenApp/Desktop
- Practical experience with virtualisation (ESX, Hyper-V), storage solutions (NetApp, Nimble) and backup systems (Veeam, Backup Exec)
- Experience in network and firewall environments (e.g. Sophos, Cisco)
- Completed higher technical college or comparable education, ideally with technical certifications
- Strong customer and service orientation, enjoyment of direct contact
- Very good German and English skills
- Team player with initiative, sense of responsibility and flexibility
- Driving licence category B
