What you achieve

• Building, maintaining and further developing organisational structures
• Mapping organisational changes in HR systems
• Creating and maintaining organisational charts
• Supporting and implementing reorganisations
• Managing positions (creation, modification and closure of positions)
• Ensuring correct assignments (cost centres, functions, reporting lines)
• Supporting governance and position approval processes
• Ensuring high data quality and consistent organisational logics
• Contributing to the further development of HR processes and workflows
• Coordinating between HR, IT and Finance in organisational changes
• Advising HR Business Partners and managers on organisational matters

What you bring

• Commercial or business administration training, HR further education advantageous
• Several years of experience in organisational or position management (HR Operations)
• Good knowledge of HR systems (e.g. SuccessFactors, HR-Access; Ingentis advantageous)
• Strong understanding of organisational structures and governance processes
• Experience in supporting reorganisations and transformation projects
• High data and system affinity
• Structured, precise and reliable working style
• Analytical thinking and pronounced attention to detail
• Understanding of interfaces between HR, IT and Finance
• Independent, service-oriented personality with strong communication skills
• Fluent German skills, additional languages advantageous
