Junior IT Infrastructure Administrator (m/f/d)

Installation, maintenance, and support of customer IT infrastructures
Execution of user administration and maintenance of technical documentation
Support in 1st and 2nd level support
Ensuring a stable and reliable IT operation
Customer-oriented support and handling of technical concerns
Qualifications:
Completed IT training (EFZ)
Basic knowledge in the area of networks and experience with cloud services
Sound knowledge in management of Microsoft client and server environments
Experience in the administration and support of IT infrastructures
Very good German language skills spoken and written
