Role:
For our client, we are seeking an experienced individual for the assembly and commissioning of complex loading systems. You will assemble mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electronic components and accompany the systems from assembly to acceptance.
Responsibilities:
Assembly of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electronic assemblies according to drawings and parts lists.
Independent assembly and wiring of large-format loading systems according to customer requirements, electrical schematics, and assembly plans.
Identifying and professionally implementing necessary component adjustments.
Teaching and commissioning including software and endurance tests.
Conducting system acceptance according to test protocols.
Preparation, transport securing, and loading of systems for shipping.
Occasional assembly and commissioning on site at the customer.
Qualifications:
Completed training as an automation technician, electrician, polymechanic, industrial mechanic, automotive or agricultural machinery mechanic or comparable technical education.
Several years of experience in the assembly of machines or systems.
Good knowledge in wiring assemblies, ideally complemented by experience in hydraulics.
Basic English skills for training international service technicians.
Precise, structured, and quality-conscious working style.
Good German skills spoken and written.
