About the job
Specialist Responsible for Signage & Scheduling National Roads (a)
100% | Emmenbrücke | from 01.12.2026
Our team is growing - and with it a new position is created: You take responsibility for our projects and bring your experience into the team - so that in the end everyone passes safely through the construction sites.
Your tasks
- You plan and implement the signage of construction sites and schedule the signage on the national roads in operational maintenance.
- In doing so, you apply the road traffic legislation and ensure the safety of employees and road users by complying with the applicable standards and regulations.
- You are responsible for planning, resources and orders for work deployments on the route, coordinate closely with operational staff, instruct them and support them on site.
- Whether at construction meetings or directly on site: You contribute your expertise in exchange with subcontractors and other third parties.
- Because the national roads must remain continuously available, some deployments take place early in the morning, in the evening or at night - including on-call duty.
Your profile
- You know the road traffic legislation in detail and know how to concretely implement the requirements for traffic safety in everyday construction site operations.
- In addition, you bring a construction- or safety-related basic education (EFZ) or police training, supplemented by further training such as foreman, site manager, technician or equivalent.
- With leadership experience, clear communication and confident appearance, you are a valued, professionally competent contact person.
- Your working style is independent and goal-oriented; you react proactively and flexibly to changing situations and keep an overview even in dynamic moments.
- You are proficient in MS Office and quickly familiarise yourself with specialised IT applications.
