100% Administrative Assistant (M/F - Fixed-term Contract)
Main duties

Ensure routine administrative management and follow-up of files.

Draft, format, file and archive administrative and commercial documents.

Monitor contracts, insurance, subscriptions and administrative deadlines.

Keep databases and document organisation up to date.

Participate in the deployment of a new ERP system.

Provide administrative support to management and teams.
-
Organise appointments, meetings and ensure associated follow-ups.
-
Facilitate the flow of information between internal and external contacts.
-
Contribute to cross-functional projects according to company needs.

Ensure administrative follow-up of suppliers and manage office supplies.

Ensure the general smooth running of workspaces and tools.
Expected profile
-
Commercial, administrative or equivalent training.
-
First experience in an administrative role.
-
Excellent command of French? and good knowledge of English?; another language is an asset.

Very good command of MS Office tools and ease with digital tools.

Organisational skills, rigour and autonomy.

Discretion, service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.
