IT Helpdesk Employee (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
IT support at 1st and 2nd level via remote access, including handling requests via email, telephone and service desk
Maintenance of Windows Server environments, MS Exchange, MS SQL, Hyper V, Microsoft Office / M365 as well as Windows 11 clients
Support from single workstation systems to complex virtualisation solutions in corporate networks
Administration and management of networks as well as telephony infrastructure
Qualifications:
Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ with a focus on IT system technology and strong service orientation
Enjoyment in dealing with users and their IT concerns, combined with fluent German and English skills
Strong technical know-how and the ability to apply IT knowledge practically and customer-benefit oriented
Flexibility in handling different user requests, paired with empathy and solution-oriented action
Holistic and networked thinking that facilitates dealing with complex IT challenges, both in a team and in independent work
