The Operations sector plays a central role in defining the technological direction and managing SSR's production. The ERP Dispo team ensures the reliable operation and continuous development of the planning and scheduling systems landscape, with VimBiz as the central solution. As Product Owner ERP Dispo, you define and establish priorities for product evolution together with the Product Manager. You connect the needs of specialist sectors with strategic objectives and, together with the team, ensure efficient and reliable operation.

Product Owner ERP Dispo
Tasks
In the Operations sector, as Product Owner of the ERP Dispo product team, you deal with the following topics:
- Align the development and operational management of VimBiz with the product strategy, business requirements, and the needs of its users
- Clarify requirements with specialist sectors and other stakeholders and translate them into actionable and prioritised Product Backlog items
- Jointly define and clearly communicate the product vision, goals, and roadmap, in close collaboration with the Product Manager
- Lead implementation from a functional perspective and coordinate iteration planning, acceptances, releases, and deployments with the team and external partners
- Ensure, together with the team, efficient management of Service Requests, Incidents, Problems, and Changes and compliance with agreed service levels
- Coordinate interfaces and dependencies with connected systems and teams and continuously improve the product and operational processes
Requirements
- Solid professional experience in ERP or scheduling systems, as well as understanding of resource and activity planning processes; knowledge of VimBiz is an advantage
- Experience in prioritising and managing products or services, as well as managing the Product Backlog
- Knowledge in managing Service Requests, Incidents, Problems, and Changes and coordinating releases and deployments
- Strong communication and moderation skills, as well as experience collaborating with specialist sectors, engineers, and external partners
- Structured and customer-oriented approach, understanding of governance and quality requirements, and motivation to continuously improve the entire product lifecycle
- Excellent knowledge of one national language and knowledge of German or French at least at B1 level; knowledge of English at least at B1 level is an advantage
