Your area of responsibility
- Together with the laboratory management, you share responsibility for the professional, organisational and personnel management of the Clinical Chemistry and Immunology laboratory
- You take responsibility for the duty roster of around 21 FTE and ensure an efficient, customer-oriented and smooth laboratory operation
- You contribute your know-how in the implementation of projects and make a significant contribution to the continuous development of processes, organisational structures and quality standards
- In the role as deputy to the head Biomedical Analyst HF, you take on leadership tasks and actively support the team in the operational laboratory routine, including a reduced participation in the duty operation
Your experience
- For this role, you have completed training as a Biomedical Analyst HF or Biomedical Laboratory Diagnostician FH. For foreign qualifications, SRK recognition is required; at least one positive SRK CH PreCheck must be available
- Thanks to your strong communication skills, sense of responsibility and enjoyment of leadership and coordination tasks, you succeed in supporting employees and shaping laboratory operations successfully
- Several years of professional experience in Clinical Chemistry and/or Immunology form the basis for your professional expertise and confident actions in the laboratory routine
- A structured and goal-oriented working style characterises you as well as flexibility, resilience, reliability and a strong team spirit
