Your tasks

? Managing the entire contract lifecycle from new contracts to adjustments and terminations

? Maintenance, administration and opening of new customer master data

? Clarification of complex billing enquiries and complaints

? Support with dunning, invoicing and debt collection processes

? Preparation of quotations as well as maintenance of framework orders

? Processing special enquiries and supporting logistical processes

? Conducting customer checks via various portals

? Promoting and supporting digital customer solutions

? Close cooperation with various internal specialist departments

Your profile

• Experience in customer service, customer support or accounting
  
• Confident handling of administrative processes and systems
  
• Fluent German in spoken and written form
