The Information and Communication Technology (ICT) department ensures patient-oriented, high-quality and economical ICT services for the entire PUK.

Head of ICT Business Services

Your Tasks
- Strategic, financial and administrative overall responsibility for the department and personnel management of the ten employees in the department
- Planning, further development and operation of all business-related ICT services in compliance with the agreed service levels
- Ensuring digitalisation, automation and ICT governance with a focus on data and business applications
- Participation in ICT strategy, ICT governance (including internal control system), ICT architecture, ICT quality management, ICT risk management, ICT sourcing
- Design, architecture and implementation of business applications and data management systems
- ICT service management for the own department, monitoring of own systems, operation of databases, interface and data platforms and applications
Your Profile
- Master's degree in Business Informatics
- Several years of professional experience, project management and leadership experience
- Good knowledge of ERP and clinical information systems
- High customer orientation and strong communication skills
- Analytical and networked thinking, team player, self-initiated and proactive
- Excellent language skills in German and English
