Senior Specialist Leadership Development (all)
This is how you shape health
- You continuously develop the leadership development offering in line with the company strategy and business needs
- You design, pilot and implement new leadership development formats
- You are responsible for planning, managing and further developing leadership training and curricula in collaboration with external partners
- You identify relevant trends and best practices in leadership development and develop effective solutions for SWICA
- You design and moderate interventions to strengthen collaboration within teams and cross-departmental cooperation
- You advise leaders together with HR Business Partners and develop needs-based leadership development solutions
- You lead key strategic leadership initiatives or contribute significantly to them – such as strengthening strategic thinking & end-to-end responsibility, enabling leaders for AI, uncertainty and change, and operationalising our leadership understanding
What sets you apart
- University degree in psychology, business administration, human resources, adult education or a comparable field
- Proven experience in leadership development as well as in advising leaders and developing needs-based solutions for leaders and teams
- Sound consulting skills and strong moderation and presentation abilities
- Know-how in developing, managing and implementing effective learning and development offerings
- Strong implementation skills as well as a pragmatic and independent working style
- Strong team orientation and enjoyment of close, partnership-based collaboration – within the team as well as with HR Business Partners and the business
- German at native level and business fluent English
