What is my role?

You are responsible for the correct recording and indexing of customer-specific data in healthcare. Your main tasks include:

• Correct recording of identification terms (indexing according to project specifications)

• Triage of error messages and forwarding to the affected interfaces

• Ensuring quality management regarding faulty data

• Ensuring the flow of information within the team and to affected interfaces

• Building customer- and industry-specific information

• If suitable: assistance as needed in adjacent areas

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed vocational training or equivalent, ideally from healthcare

• Professional experience in a commercial company or healthcare, or motivation to gain this

• PC user skills

• Concentrated and precise way of working

• Team-oriented and empathetic personality

• You speak and read German (at least level B1 or higher)

• Additional language skills are an advantage (especially European languages)
