Role:
We are looking for an experienced individual for the technical operation and further development of a company-wide application landscape with a focus on industry-specific business software. The position combines application management, IT projects, support and requirements engineering.
Responsibilities:
Technical maintenance, operation and continuous development of business applications
Participation in IT projects as well as independent management and coordination of sub-projects
Responsibility for change management, release management and stable operation of assigned applications
Analysis and prioritisation of service requests and incidents as well as ensuring 2nd level support
Support of implementations and process optimisations as well as planning and conducting user training
Qualifications:
Degree in (business) informatics HF/FH or comparable education with relevant IT further training
Professional experience in IT application management or project management, ideally complemented by requirements engineering
Knowledge of SQL as well as scripting and automation with PowerShell, Python or comparable technologies
Experience in incident, change and release environments as well as a strong understanding of applications and business processes
Very good German skills, French advantageous, as well as analytical and independent working style
