Electrical Project Manager M/F/D

Entrepreneurial spirit, technical background in electricity and managerial skills to orchestrate projects from start to finish? On behalf of one of our partners, we are selecting a full-time Electrical Project Manager (M/F) to oversee and enhance a portfolio of projects (tertiary, industrial and residential).

Your responsibilities:

• Commercial & Sales: Assess client expectations, estimate services, design technical-commercial proposals and finalise agreements.

• Operations Management: From award to final delivery, coordinate the progress of construction sites ensuring compliance with schedule, budget and quality requirements.

• Interface & Leadership: Act as a point of contact for clients, architects and consulting engineers, while guiding site managers and technical teams.

• Financial Management & Standards: Monitor project profitability, manage invoicing, handle additional work and rigorously enforce safety regulations.

Your assets for this position:

• Degrees: Federal VET Diploma as an electrician installer, foreman certificate or Engineer / ES Technician diploma in electrical engineering.

• Experience: Successful experience of at least 3 to 5 years in a similar role in Switzerland, supported by a very good knowledge of the Romandy market.

• Skills: Thorough mastery of the Swiss regulatory framework (NIBT / OIBT) and software for measurement, quoting and project management.

• Qualities: Sharp commercial sense, organisational rigour and natural interpersonal ease.

• Requirement: Driving licence (cat. B) mandatory.
