As Technical Office Manager, you oversee the methods and industrialisation activities to ensure the performance, reliability and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes. You lead a technical team, support the industrialisation of new products and contribute to the overall optimisation of industrial operations.
Our client is a recognised industrial player operating in a high-precision production environment. In a context of development and continuous improvement, the company is looking for a manager capable of structuring, optimising and evolving manufacturing methods while supporting operational teams.
Responsibilities
You will be in charge of a small team and have the following responsibilities:
- Manage and develop Methods and Industrialisation activities.
- Define, optimise and standardise manufacturing processes to improve robustness, quality and process performance.
- Supervise the industrialisation of new products, from process design to production validation.
- Ensure the management and reliability of technical data, manufacturing documentation and production parameters.
- Coordinate tests, qualifications and validations of industrial processes.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement actions related to productivity, quality and costs.
- Analyse technical issues, lead corrective and preventive actions and provide support to production teams.
- Manage and develop the technical office team, lead projects and monitor performance indicators.
Candidate Profile
You meet the following profile:
- Higher education in engineering in microtechnology or similar.
- Proven experience in the watchmaking sector.
- Experience in managing industrialisation projects, process optimisation and continuous improvement approaches.
- Strong experience in managing technical teams.
- Good command of ERP tools and production tracking systems.
- Excellent understanding of industrial processes and manufacturing methods.
- Leadership, organisational skills, analytical mindset and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Results-oriented, rigorous, responsive and strong culture of continuous improvement.
