Your mission

As part of a strategic project within a large pharmaceutical group, we are looking for an experienced MES Project Manager to lead projects related to Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and support the digital transformation of industrial operations.

You will be responsible for the complete management of MES projects, coordinating technical and business teams, as well as deploying solutions compliant with GMP requirements.

Your responsibilities

• Manage MES projects end-to-end (planning, budget, risks, resources, and deliverables).
• Coordinate business teams (Production, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, IT).
• Gather user requirements and ensure their translation into effective MES solutions.
• Oversee design, configuration, testing, validation, and production deployment phases.
• Ensure MES integration with systems such as SAP, LIMS, or Maximo.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, CSV, GAMP5, and 21 CFR Part 11 standards.
• Coordinate local MES team activities and contribute to operational continuity.

Profile sought

• Engineering degree or equivalent university education.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in MES project management in the pharmaceutical, biotechnological, or regulated environment.
• Good knowledge of GMP environments and computerised system validation.
• Experience with Emerson Syncade highly appreciated.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
