Senior Business Development Manager 100%- Strategic market development and targeted acquisition of new customers in the defined target segment (including C-level engagement)
- Positioning the company as a strategic partner and delivering presentations at top management level
- Analysing customer needs and developing integrated, tailored solution concepts
- Preparing and negotiating offers in close collaboration with internal departments
- Independently managing the entire sales process through to successful completion
- Building and actively using a robust network as well as representing the company in the market (including CRM-supported reporting)
- Completed degree (at least Bachelor), ideally supplemented by an (E)MBA
- Several years (at least 10 years) of experience in demanding B2B sales with a focus on new customer acquisition
- Proven success in generating and converting sales pipelines as well as closing complex deals
- Experience dealing with multi-level decision-making processes and C-level stakeholders
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills to develop customer-specific solutions
- Convincing presence, strong negotiation skills, and a structured, results-oriented working style; fluent in German and English (French advantageous)
