Specialist AVOR & Production Planning 100% (m/f/d)
Our client is an established Swiss industrial company with a national and international focus. The company develops and produces technical solutions, combining design, industrial implementation and manufacturing under one roof. Modern production processes and a high quality standard characterise the working environment.
Responsibilities:
Record production orders in the system and prepare them for production.
Monitor the timely processing of orders until production completion.
Match available capacities with the planned workload.
Identify bottlenecks early and coordinate appropriate measures with the responsible departments.
Check material stocks and adjust warehouse requirements accordingly.
Continuously update production-relevant master data.
Prepare key figures and analyse deviations in production.
Coordinate production processes in terms of timing and reschedule if necessary.
Qualifications:
Completed apprenticeship in a technical or commercial field.
Initial professional experience in production planning or work preparation is an advantage.
Knowledge of ERP and PPS solutions.
Understanding of operational processes in manufacturing and materials management.
Structured approach to planning and processing orders.
Independent, careful and reliable working style.
Clear communication and constructive collaboration with various departments.
Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines under high workload.
