Your Tasks

• Together with the medical team, you accompany urological interventions under varied conditions – whether with or without X-ray or anaesthesia – ensuring a smooth process.
• You take samples, prepare them professionally, and reliably forward them for analysis.
• You use your organisational talent to shape the varied daily routine, prepare consultations, take responsibility in day-to-day business, and thus ensure a seamless workflow.
• You triage all emergencies and consultations in collaboration with the medical team and integrate everything in a structured manner into the daily schedule.
• You support the medical team during consultations and independently carry out minor medical measures.

Your Profile

• You have completed training as a medical practice assistant or health specialist.
• You prefer a regular working schedule from Monday to Friday.
• You bring a quick grasp, technical flair, and manual dexterity.
• Experience with endoscopes is an advantage – or you are willing to learn.
• You are flexible, communicative, and empathetic towards different people and situations.
• You appreciate a family-like team and enjoy interdisciplinary work.
