Clerk Supply Chain & Foreign Trade 60-100% (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF75,000 - 90,000Our client is an internationally oriented Swiss company focused on innovative solutions and services for demanding business customers. With high expertise, modern structures and a strong customer orientation, the company realises diverse projects in the national and international environment. Responsibilities:
You coordinate cross-border transports from planning to delivery.
You support international customers in writing and by phone in German and English.
You obtain transport quotes, compare them and check the conditions.
You keep an eye on delivery dates and incurred transport costs in ongoing business.
You prepare the necessary shipping and delivery documents completely.
You create and process invoices for services rendered in the ERP system.
As an interface, you coordinate with sales, project teams and logistics departments.
You independently undertake administrative tasks in logistics and foreign trade.
Qualifications:
You bring several years of professional experience in supply chain and export.
Ongoing further training in foreign trade is an advantage.
You are familiar with international transport processes and their organisational procedures.
You work carefully, independently and reliably even under high deadline pressure.
Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems is part of your profile.
Experience with Abacus and a strong customer orientation are advantageous.
Very good German and good English skills are required for the role.
You speak French fluently.
