Building Services Engineer specialising in Ventilation (80 - 100%)

For our building services department, we are looking for an open and communicative personality.

Area of Activity

In this role, you will independently or under guidance handle projects both in planning and realisation. Commercial and service buildings, industrial plants, and laboratory buildings are our core sectors. We often act as general planners on behalf of the end customer and user. You will take on a central role in projects as coordinator and sub-project manager for ventilation. You ensure that the flow of information between the parties involved

Requirements

You have a basic education as a building services engineer specialising in ventilation and/or further training as a technician TS/HF and are able to use modern CAD systems, preferably Trimble Nova, efficiently and effectively.

Ideally, you already have a few years of planning experience and are familiar with the processes from your own projects and look forward to being involved from the initial study to the acceptance of the buildings.

We are looking for an open and communicative personality with enthusiasm for building services planning and expect you to be a team player as well as willing to think into adjacent trades.
