Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for consolidating financial data and preparing financial reports for the corporate group
- Conducting financial analyses, forecasts and variance analyses to support the management team in decision-making
- Preparation of budgets, financial forecasts and cash flow planning for the group
- Monitoring and analysing the financial performance of the various business units
- Close collaboration with local controllers to ensure consistent financial reporting and analysis
- Identifying efficiency potentials and developing improvement measures to optimise financial performance
- Monitoring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal control standards
Qualifications:
- Completed studies in business administration, controlling or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in controlling, ideally in a similar position as group controller
- Sound knowledge in financial planning, consolidation, budgeting and reporting
- Good knowledge of relevant accounting standards (e.g. IFRS, Swiss GAAP FER)
- Confident handling of ERP systems and MS Office, especially Excel
- Fluent German and English skills, additional languages are an advantage
