Role:
In this position, you need a strong sense of responsibility, a high degree of initiative, and the ability to quickly familiarise yourself with new technologies. You enjoy working with people, communicate on equal terms, and bring a healthy dose of pragmatism.

Responsibilities:
You take a central role in the technical implementation of demanding customer solutions – both in the area of IT security and classic client engineering:
You analyse security alerts, respond to incidents, and develop sustainable protective measures in the environment of modern IT infrastructures.
You actively shape IT architectures, implement security concepts, and ensure consistent hardening at endpoint and server level.
You install and maintain complex client and server landscapes based on Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Teams, VDI solutions such as Horizon View, as well as network components.
You perform maintenance, participate in projects, and take on technical responsibility for selected customers.
As an experienced professional, you actively contribute to the further development of the technology stack – from selection to integration.
Qualifications:
You have completed training in the field of computer science (EFZ, HF, FH or equivalent).
You bring at least 5 years of professional experience as a system engineer with a focus on security and Microsoft technologies.
You are familiar with technologies such as Microsoft Defender, Intune, Sophos Central, WatchGuard, Aruba, Azure AD, and PowerShell and understand complex infrastructures in hybrid environments.
Experience with automated deployment solutions, SCCM, or MDM systems such as Jamf or Endpoint Manager is optional.
You have very good German skills and good English skills (at least B2).
