Building Technician 100%
Your tasks:
- Comprehensive maintenance of building technical systems in the HVAC sector of office buildings - planning, execution, and possible coordination of external technicians and suppliers as well as supervision of maintenance and repairs
- First response to technical faults
- Organisation and support of external technicians and suppliers.
- Taking on on-call duty (compensated)
- Operation and monitoring of the building management system
- Conducts order monitoring regarding costs and deadlines
- Possible planning and execution of small technical projects
- Preparation of energy-saving proposals in collaboration with the maintenance technicians in the buildings to be managed.
- Administrative tasks within the scope of the activity (filling out purchase requests, checking invoices)
- Documentation of completed work according to customer requirements or internal inspection and maintenance processes.
- Preparation of documents for work execution (e.g. checklists, work instructions, etc.) as well as for administration (e.g. to-do lists, pending tasks, order lists)
Your profile:
- Professional training in ventilation technology / building technology, extended in electronics, automation
- Training as a maintenance specialist or HFA climate service technician is an advantage
- Several years of experience in the operation and maintenance of building technical systems
- Teamwork skills, customer- and service-oriented behaviour
- Good PC skills
- Experience with building management systems is an advantage as well as knowledge in handling common measuring devices and data loggers
- Driving licence category B
