Quality Engineer (M/F)

Your main tasks:

Manage complaint resolution, corrective action reporting and cross-functional collaboration.

Conduct MTBF assessments, defect rate evaluations and risk mitigation strategies.

Ensure material compliance, optimise processes and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Contribute to FMEA assessments, internal audits and adherence to quality standards.

Train teams on best practices, compliance and quality methodologies.

Your profile:

HES/EPF Engineer (or equivalent training) in mechanical, electronic, micromechanical, physics.

Initial experience in development, production or supply chain in the semiconductor, automotive or aerospace sectors would be an asset.

Mastery of problem-solving methodologies (FMEA, 8D, QRQC, etc.).

Knowledge of LEAN Six Sigma, DMAIC, ISO 9001 and international quality standards.

Excellent command of Excel.

Fluent in French and English.
