Your Tasks

  • You advise customers on sales of mobile, internet, TV as well as Apple and Android products
  • You identify needs and offer suitable solutions
  • You present devices and services attractively in the shop
  • You develop ideas and help advance the shop
  • You check deliveries and prepare repaired devices for collection
  • You assist with inventories


Your Profile

  • Completed apprenticeship in retail EFZ or EBA, alternatively another qualification in sales or service environment
  • German and Swiss German at C1 level, English at least B1 for international customers
  • Impeccable character - a current criminal record extract is required
  • Experience in sales and passion for digitalisation, mobile & co.
  • Likeable, communicative manner
  • Strong enthusiasm and genuine customer orientation
