Independent handling of claims in the areas of property, liability and motor vehicle insurance. You inspire our customers with your high level of service readiness and empathy, while conducting personal claim inspections on site to optimise customer service and develop individual solutions.

Close collaboration with your team, claims inspectors from the head office, car experts and partner companies ensures that the claim process runs smoothly from the first report to successful completion.

What You Bring

• Completed training in the insurance industry
• Professional experience in claims handling of property/asset and motor vehicle claims or training in the technical field or construction industry with additional commercial training and experience in claims handling
• Enjoyment in contact and supporting our customers in challenging situations
• High motivation to learn new things in a varied field of activity and to take on responsibility
• Proactive and independent working style
• Responsible, empathetic and open personality
• Confident use of Office products and digital affinity
• Fluent German skills in spoken and written form, knowledge of additional languages is a plus

The start date is 01.10.2026 or by arrangement. Your workplace is centrally located in Burgdorf - 16 minutes by public transport from Bern.

The workload is 100%, working from home is possible 1-2 days per week.
